Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We genuinely hope you love your purchases, and enjoy your products as much as we do, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help. 

At 77 Acres many of our products are thoughtfully handmade, including our goat milk soap and botanical range. Due to the nature of small-batch handcrafted products, natural variations in colour, pattern, cut or scent may occur. This is what makes these products naturally unique and one-of-a-kind.  

Some of our products are made with natural botanicals or fragrances. As individual sensitives may occur, we recommend patch testing before use, discontinuing use if irritation occurs, and seeking medical advice. We encourage people with especially sensitive skin, or who are pregnant to consult a medical practitioner before using any new skincare products or botanicals. 

Our policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

Consumer Guarantees
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major problem. This includes where an item:

  • is not of acceptable quality
  • is not fit for its intended purpose
  • does not match its description

Hygiene & Safety
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic products, including soaps and sponges.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so we encourage you to choose carefully and contact us with any questions prior to making a purchase if you are unsure.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, provided products are unused and in reasonable condition.  Please do note that we do not take responsibility for products once they are delivered, please ensure that if products are being left unattended on delivery, there is a cool dry place for them to be left, as we do not take responsibility for sun or rain damaged goods.
